Job DescriptionInfrastructure Analyst - Central BristolRole Overview:Join a market-leading professional services organization in Central Bristol, the business offers hybrid working with 2-3 days a month onsite flexibility.Main Duties:Provide support and technical expertise to the business and third-party suppliers.Act as the point of escalation from the IT Service Desk Team to resolve incidents and service requests.Undertake operational tasks to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all IT services, systems, and data.Collaborate with project teams to plan, test, and implement technical requirements for IT projects.Share information within the IT Team, ensuring knowledge is up to date and accessible.Ideal Background:Previous experience in a similar technical role.Proficiency in Microsoft desktop and server technologies.Familiarity with infrastructure and related services such as VMWare, MimeCast, Symantec Anti-Virus, etc.Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking technologies and firewalls.Experience in security incident response and remediation.Knowledge of cloud/hybrid technologies like Azure, AWS, etc.Familiarity with ITIL processes and ISO27001 standards.Ability to create and maintain procedural documentation.Package:Basic salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum.Performance-related bonus.Remote working.Annual salary review.25 days holiday (increasing to 30 days based on length of service).Private medical insurance.Pension and additional benefits.If this looks like Something of interest please apply below!
