IT Support Engineer – Join a growing tech company in Hertfordshire
Up to £35,000
Hybrid working – 3 days per week in Watford / 2 days working from home
Tech Stack – Office 365, Active Directory, InTune
Burns Sheehan is working with a Hertfordshire-based company which is embarking on a significant digital transformation over the next 12 months. With major projects securing the future of the business for the next several years, we are supporting their push for excellent with a number of key team hires. The business has a presence across the UK and mainland Europe and lots of significant initiatives in the pipeline.
They are a technology company servicing different sectors including Security, Retail, IOT and Telecare and are currently up to a team size of 200 people, headquartered in Watford. They have completed several acquisitions over recent years and have won numerous awards during this time too.
To support this recent growth, they are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join the team of 4 others to provide technical support to users and ensure that IT is running effectively within the business.
This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing technical team and would be ideal for someone with previous Service or Help Desk experience, strong understanding of Microsoft products (O365, AD, InTune, Windows) and with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
