We are currently partnered with a leading MSP that specialises in providing expert technical support to the hotel and hospitality sector. Their clients include global hotel brands and fast food chains.

This rapidly growing company has been operating for over 30 years and are looking for their next
IT Service Desk Team Lead .
Requirements:
Ticketing system experience (Jira preferably)
Excellent customer service
Windows 7-11
Windows Server 2012,16,19
ITIL (V3,V4)
Desirable:
+2 years’ Service Desk Lead Experience ( Dealing with escalations for 1st and 2nd line)
Draytek Routers
3CX
Great knowledge of Server roles e.g. AD DS, DHCP, DNS
UniFi Wifi Systems
This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical skillset looking to take the next step into a management role or an experienced team lead looking for a fresh challenge!
Salary:
£32,000 - £38,000 D.O.E + Bonus
