This role is for someone who is a highly skilled and motivated individual. This role offers the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, drive service excellence, and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to support their goals and objectives.Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the Enterprise Services engineers. Providing management through guidance, mentorship, and supporting all individual team members.• Supporting all office systems and network infrastructure and end user support services.• Collaborate with all other department and other team• Develop and implement team goals, objectives, and performance metrics to measure team performance, track progress, and drive continuous improvement• Be the primary point of contact for everything Enterprise Services. Providing expert guidance, troubleshooting, and resolution when needed.• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of IT systems, infrastructure, and services to support business operations, ensure scalability, reliability, and security.• Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials for IT service procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines.• Drive process improvement and optimization initiatives within the Enterprise Services team.• Assist/coordinate vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) for IT services, solutions, and related services, ensuring compliance and optimal service delivery.Required Qualifications: • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.• Proficient in-Service Delivery, Incident Management, Change and Problem Management Process.• Experience with IT service management (ITSM) processes, tools, and frameworks such as ITIL, including incident management, service request fulfillment and problem management.• Proficient working experience with event management systems and network/infrastructure/application monitoring tools.• Experience working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment• Ability to demonstrate the value of changes introduced.Enterprise Services Lead Engineer/Service Manager – Leeds – Up to £90,000
