Established in 2002, Thomson Keene is a market leader in technology recruitment and we are seeking an experienced and motivated biller to join our team. We work with a broad range of clients including the majority of the Tier One Investment Banks, Fintechs, Hedge Funds and Asset Managers. Our client base is continually expanding outside of financial services to encompass media, professional services, automotive technology and others, particularly in the growing areas of AI and Machine Learning.
Due to our own ‘scaling-up’ we now need an experienced Recruiter to join our team to help deliver to a demanding client base and develop this client base wherever possible. You will learn on the job alongside industry leaders in this space on matters covering financial markets products, recruitment methods and technology, but we are keen to benefit from individuals’ experience in our sector.
The Role
Run and close deals across large and small contingent corporate clients as a senior revenue generator
Work with senior management to develop new clients
We have a Research team responsible for candidate sourcing but everyone is expected to contribute, whether from our extensive database or proactive/external headhunting (incentives for both)
Training and mentoring junior team members
Potential to build a team in direct support of your Revenue / clients
Contribute to, and help shape, the future growth and direction of TK
Profile
Strong record of £ delivering against revenue targets for technology requirements
Previous demonstrable business development wins
Good knowledge of broad technology and change roles
Experience working with financial services clients would be highly advantageous
Able to demonstrate how you have grown/nurtured your network and how this has helped your career thus far
