This scale-up is looking for a general IT Manager / Senior Technical Support Engineer. Ideally, you’ll be well-versed in solving an array of technical problems across multiple platforms.
You’ll be an individual contributor, providing technical solutions to just over 50 users. Some of these issues will range from 1st/2nd/3rd line support, network, hardware, and security.
Key Skills & Experience:
experience in an IT Manager or Senior Support Engineer capacity.
IT experience support 35+ users minimum.
with either MacOS, iOS, or Windows.
with either Google Workspace or Office 365.
experience required is network infrastructure (firewalls, access points), storage solutions (Synology, QNAP), connectivity (printing or WiFi), and security (Cyber, GDPR, Compliance etc.)
