Information Technology Governance ManagerProviding governance, risk, and compliance data insights to the IT Team and senior management to drive improvement and efficiencies across the IT department.Planning the implementation of processes and procedures to identify and assess risk in the Society’s information systems.Provide expertise and guidance to the IT team and deputise for the Head of IT as required.Manage the governance of the use of the IT Systems according to the Society policies and procedures.Manage risks relating to information technology and data. Working very closely with the Cyber Security Lead to manage cyber security risks.Further develop the IT Dashboard and implement new KPIs and KRIs to monitor and assess the IT department.Measure and monitoring compliance IT policies and procedures.Define standard operating procedures for the IT Team in line with the Society’s policies and industry best practices.Prepare reports on assessment process, findings, associated risks risk owners and mitigating actions.Ensure the IT department operate in compliance with our chosen external accreditation including ISO27001 and Cyber Essential Plus. Identify new accreditations where required.Responsible for providing input into the design of an
application/solution
