As a Business Analyst, your role involves delivering top-notch projects within defined timelines and budget constraints. You should be adept at hands-on teamwork, leading, implementing, and delivering projects using their hybrid agile/Waterfall framework
The responsibilities they are looking for in a candidate are:
Proven experience in successfully delivering complex technology and business change projects, ideally within the insurance sector or insurance technology.
Hands-on role focused on identifying efficiency improvements, documenting business requirements concisely, scoping projects, and analyzing business processes critically.
Ensuring clear and succinct documentation of requirements to assist all stakeholders in understanding project deliverables and responsibilities.
Collaborating with stakeholders and technical experts of various levels to define business requirements and develop solutions aligned with business and IT strategies.
Managing multiple overlapping or interlinked projects to align with business requirements effectively.
