Location:
Hybrid with 2-3 days per week on site in Watford
Eligibility:
Eligible to work permanently in the UK without sponsorship
Salary range:
£70,000 to £75,000 with annual performance bonus

Information Security Manager
who report directly to the Director of IT Operations.
What are we looking for?
This role will be a great fit for a proactive security professional with experience of defining and implementing a comprehensive security framework. The organisation is growing quickly, through both organic success and acquisitions, and experience in a similarly dynamic environment would be beneficial. The organisation is currently ISO 27001 compliant and it is critical that this accreditation is maintained, so experience of attaining & auditing for ISO would also be ideal.
What will you be doing?
Defining infosec policies and strive to ensure compliance across the business, including non-technical stakeholders.
Leading security projects and initiatives to ensure that future risks to the business can be mitigated.
Ensuring that company & industry standards are maintained e.g. ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials+.
Working to ensure that all security governance & policy is documented and well maintained.
Participating in any acquisition or sale procedures to ensure that security is adequately represented in any pre-sales engagements.
