The Transpennine Route Upgrade Project (TRU) is a circa £2b multi-disciplinary project upgrading the existing railway route between Manchester and Leeds through the Pennines. It is the largest rail and infrastructure project in the north of England over the next 5 years.
Working on the TransPennine route Upgrade, the purpose of the role is to manage the SharePoint based centralised intranet site and the deployment of SharePoint document libraries across multiple teams.
Your mission
Intranet Management
- Engage with content owners and Alliance stakeholders to comprehend and collect their requirements.
Intranet Management
- Design, build, and test SharePoint sites/pages in alignment with the provided requirements and agreed standards.
Document Management
Engage with teams to gather requirements and deploy document libraries with folder and permission structures.
Document Management
Work with stakeholders to manage the smooth migration of data from other SharePoint repositories.
