Key Responsibilities of the Industrial Disease Solicitor
Serve as an advocate for individuals harmed by asbestos-related diseases, assisting with cases involving mesothelioma, lung cancer, asbestosis, and more.
Manage client relationships with empathy and dedication.
Work in collaboration with partners and senior attorneys.
Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing.
Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Industrial Disease Solicitor
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 0-2 years PQE
Experience in claimant personal injury or clinical negligence (ideally asbestos-related)
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Exceptional client service focus
Passion for business development
