Full Time (37.5 hours Monday to Friday) | Fixed Term Contract 12 months | up to £40,256 per annum plus benefits | Location: Hybrid basis (Bath)

In this exciting role, youll optimise and develop our supporter and member retention programmes. Reporting to the Head of Supporter Engagement, youll retain, reactivate and develop individual supporters and members, ensuring they have the best experience, maximising their lifetime value. Youll work closely with the Acquisition Manager as required and will manage a team of five.
Youll plan and execute individual giving campaigns, manage and develop our membership programme, and carry out legacy marketing, supporter stewardship both on and offline.
