well-established Professional Services organisation
is looking to grow its procurement function due to continued year-on-year success and is therefore seeking a passionate procurement professional to join its best-in-class team. You will be
leading on a range of strategic indirect procurement projects
across a generalist range of procurement categories, from IT procurement and Marketing procurement to Professional Services and Logistics procurement.
You will be working within a very
strategic procurement function with high levels of spend
and whilst its an established procurement function, the
innovative nature of this organisation enables you to drive continuous improvement
and imprint your procurement approach where applicable.

Indirect Procurement Lead responsibilities…
Effectively deliver and take lead on strategic indirect procurement projects,
where key area of spend sits within the IT procurement space, alongside exposure to a generalist range of indirect procurement categories
Utilise innovative strategic procurement tools and techniques to effectively deliver cost savings
across the end-to-end function whilst also maximising value
A range of day-to-day strategic procurement activities,
from procurement category strategy and negotiation to continuous improvement and contract management
Indirect Procurement Lead requirements…
Demonstratable end-to-end procurement success across a range of indirect categories, such as professional services procurement, FM procurement or Marketing procurement, ideally with key competencies within IT procurement
Excellent skills surrounding strategic sourcing, procurement strategy development and stakeholder management
Ideally expertise within driving strategic procurement activities
