Right now is an exciting time to join LiveWest, the largest housing association in the South West.

We are looking for an Income Recovery Officer to join our busy Income team.

You will use your skills in negotiation to achieve the best outcomes for both the business and your customer. You'll be providing excellent customer service and promoting a culture of sustainable payment amongst your customer base.

This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basisand can be based in our Exeter, Tolvaddon or Weston-super-Mare office. A hybrid working style is an option.

About The Candidate

To be considered for the role of Income Recovery Officer, you will have the skills, knowledge and experience required for a Level 1 - Team Member role, along with the below role specific requirements:- Experience of being part of a team in a performance monitored environment. (D)
Knowledge of current social housing issues and relevant legislation. (D)
Knowledge of debt recovery procedures for housing related debt, including court case preparation and presentation. (D)
Previous experience in a housing related role. (D)
CIH relevant qualification, or equivalent expertise through study and experience. (D)
Understanding and commitment to delivery of excellent customer service.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Income Management System. (D)
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to negotiate and liaise with customers and a wide range of internal teams and external agencies.
Full, valid UK driving licence.
