You’ll ensure the Babcock Incident Response Service runs efficiently in a complex and critical environmentDay to day, you’ll provide leadership and direction for supervisors and circa 70 staff, ensuring contractual performance and compliancy is maintained, manage financial oversight of overtime, expenses and purchase requests, oversee and manage operational demand and incident response provision across 2 sites –Capenhurst and Stoke Poges. Effective management of compliancy to a high standard from a safety perspective inclusive of fire prevention requirements.Effective and proactive people management, maintaining high standards and expectations.Development of staff, performance management and effective management of aspects of the inclusive leave policy including sickness and rota managementEffective management of customer relations, working in partnership and positive stakeholder managementIdentify issues and options for delivering service improvements and opportunities for innovation.Attend Operational and Customer meetings and ensure customer satisfaction at all timesThis role is full time typically working 42-hours per week and will be based at Capenhurst on site.
