Incentives & Benefits Specialist
This role is part time 22.5hrs a week (flexible hours, on a hybrid basis but attendance of HQ office on Tuesday each week is required).

We are looking for an Incentives and Benefits specialist to join our Talent & Reward team. We have ambitions to develop our incentive and benefits offering to bring to life our EVP and the employee experience principles that shape our People strategy - to create an experience for all our people that is purposeful, stimulating, and empowering.
You will provide expert advice and support on incentives and benefits that enables OS to attract, retain and motivate the skilled and talent people our organisation needs. As a government-owned company, this is an opportunity to influence and manage an incentive and benefits offer in a unique operating context.
OS is bound by a Shareholder Framework Agreement that steers our remuneration policy and works constructively with Remuneration Committee on a progressive approach to Reward and Benefits in the wider public sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop both commercial and public sector perspectives on reward.
You will act as a subject matter expert for incentives and benefits, and your responsibilities will include:
Supporting management of the annual Sales Incentive Schemes, working with Finance to monitor and report on performance, and supporting scheme members

Supporting the Reward Lead to review and propose annual Incentive scheme plan designs to Executive and Remuneration Committee, working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements

Provide expert advice on the benefits offer at OS, reviewing, implementing, and managing in line with our values and EX principles

Communicating and engaging with stakeholders to promote incentive and benefits schemes to maximise value of the offer

Managing relationships and procurement with benefits providers, maximising the value of suppliers

Reviewing and analysing compliance and performance of schemes and reporting to Governance Board/Committees

Supporting wider reward and payroll activities

Essential
Good knowledge of managing Sales Incentive plans

Experience with administering benefits programmes

Excellent communications skills & strong team working ability

Experience in managing 3rd party service providers

Attention to detail, confident technical skills in using MS Excel, able to translate results into a summary format that can be easily digested by stakeholders.

Flexibility to manage changing work requirements and varying volumes of work

Desirable
Workday experience

Experience or knowledge of reward and benefits in the public sector
