Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our sales team in Cambridge. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. You will need to be a good communicator and be confident using, and talking about, software. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, email, and live chat.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and identify opportunities for our software solutions.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and prioritize opportunities for follow-up.
Educate prospects about our products/services and demonstrate how they can address their business challenges.
Collaborate with account executives and sales managers to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 is a plus.
Knowledge of the software industry and SaaS (Software as a Service) model is desirable.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales methodologies.
