Inbound Sales Advisor

Are you a Sales Advisor/Inbound Customer Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity?

We are looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor to join our client's growing team based in Gravesend.

This role is first point of contact for all leads and enquires that are generated by the business.

You will be working in a central role supporting all aspects and teams with new leads and enquiries. This may include discussing all Care and Support needs with the Enquirer to convert into an assessment, as well as offering support and advice to our enquiries and answering any questions and queries that they may have.

Taking ownership of customer enquiries, ensuring assessments are being booked, as well as introducing and selling tailored Care and Support services to all potential customers and family members.

You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills as well as an excellent confident telephone manner and previous experience within sales. Ideally you have previous experience in a care setting, demonstrating a passion and understanding for home care and support services, including Live In Care.

To excel in this role you will be professional, hardworking and a team player, be able to work on own initiative and have a full driving licence.

Full training will be given to the suitable candidate.
