Inbound Customer Services Representative - Ecommerce - DEWSBURY£12 per hour = 9am to 5pm Monday to FridayPERMANENT ROLE - full timeOn behalf of Our Client - we are looking for 3 Inbound Customer Services Representatives for a basic ecommerce support role based in Central Dewsbury.GENERAL REQUIREMENTS ; To assist with inbound sales queries, on telephone and email etc, to manage sales orders in a professional articulate and informed manner - managing issue/complaints/etc in a timely mannerManaging delivery/despatch of orders and being informative throughoutUsing common sense through experience in the role - and own initiative to manage each individual instance - every query is different.Monday to Friday 9 -5 @ £12 per hour with incentives for positive reviews and 100% compliance in the roleA good inbound customer service all rounder - qualified by experience - ideally in retail/ecommerce, etc
