As a In Room Dining Night Waiter/ess you will assist with the seamless running of the department by providing an excellent and highly efficient in-room dining service to our guests. Your main responsibilities will be delivering food and beverage orders to guests rooms and clearing trolleys from public areas when required. As a In Room Dining Night Waiter/Waitress you will have a thorough knowledge of our In Room Dining menu and wine list and will be maximizing food and beverage sales through personalized guest service and responding to guests requests.
Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to :
Be knowledgeable and deliver the hotel In Room Dining standards of performance, whilst attempting to deliver above and beyond expectations.
Service guests efficiently and effectively in the bedrooms of the hotel, and to support other food and beverage outlets when required.
Be able to answer the telephone and take food and beverage orders when required in accordance with the hotel standards of performance.
Ensure the correct accompaniments are used when necessary and order them in good time to avoid delay.
Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
Report anyone or anything suspicious immediately to the Security Manager or Duty Manager
