In-House Trade Finance Lawyer – Investment Bank – London
Our Client
We are currently partnered with a leading International Bank who are looking for a strong Banking & Finance Lawyer with a focus around Trade Finance, to join this collegiate, successful and high calibre team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Banking & Finance lawyer of circa 3-7PQE to join a team that offers fantastic exposure across the Trade Finance, receivables and supply chain financing piece.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing and assisting with the negotiation of finance documents - this will include but not to facility agreements, receivables purchase agreements, supply chain financing agreements and other similar financing agreements.
Provide legal advice in relation to the issuance of trade finance instruments.
Supporting the business on broader, ad-hoc banking and finance projects whilst potentially reviewing and advising in respect of other transaction documents.
Experience Requirements
3-7 PQE of relevant experience in Banking & Finance - Exposure to Trade Finance a must with experience in Supply Chain/Receivables Financing also highly advantageous.
Trained and qualified in a leading law firm or In-house institution.
