Find out how to protect yourself In-house opportunity with growing Financial Services businessCompetitive package on offerAbout Our ClientWe are working with an award-winning provider of Hire Purchase Agreements for motor vehicles throughout the UK.Established in 2014 and currently at over 100 employees, they are looking to grow the business and consequently to grow their legal function and seek an experienced In-house Solicitor to support the business on non-contentious, commercial and regulatory matters.Job DescriptionThe role will involve:Dealing with FCA Regulatory work and Consumer Credit mattersSupporting on Data ProtectionSupporting with drafting, negotiating and reviewing commercial contractsSupporting Head of Legal on ad hoc matters as and when requiredDealing with element of Open BankingThe Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate will be 2-5 years PQE with a background within a Financial Services business.
