As an Internal Recruitment Manager at Swissport GB, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organisation's mission and objectives. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development:
Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Analyse workforce trends and industry benchmarks to identify innovative recruitment approaches.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements and organisational culture.
Talent Acquisition Process Management:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure timely feedback and decision-making.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
Represent Swissport GB professionally and positively to external candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote a positive candidate experience.
Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive candidate information and hiring-related documentation.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate or operational setting for 2+ years.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software tools.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
