Summary
Tide are delighted to be partnering with an outstanding healthcare provider in their search for an internal recruiter. This organisation is committed to providing the highest quality of care for their service users and are experiencing rapid growth. As they expand, they are now actively seeking an experienced recruiter to become a valuable member of their team.
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals.
Build and maintain a care worker pipeline
Conduct screening, interviewing and shortlisting of candidates
Assessing a candidate's suitability for a role and verifying the relevant references and background checks to ensure compliance
Manage relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements
Provide regular updates to candidates and clients to manage expectations
