In-House Lawyer

Our client, a privately owned multimillion pound turnover business, is looking to recruit an In-House Lawyer to join its highly regarded team.
The role offers hybrid working with 3 days per week office based in Hertfordshire.
A leading provider of social care, the company offers a broad range of high-quality services and has a property portfolio valued close to £1 billion. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the role will involve working on a wide range of domestic and international legal matters that arise in a multinational group with an ambitious growth strategy.
The role will primarily focus on supporting the business with a broad range of commercial law matters and company secretary related duties.
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 1 years PQE who have experience of reviewing, drafting, and amending a range of commercial contracts. Wide ranging commercial law experience, strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to forge relationships with stakeholders at all levels is also key. Previous in-house experience is also preferred along with an appetite to manage company secretary related tasks.
