The In-House Barrister will have the opportunity to work within a successful team of lawyers specialising in the healthcare sector and will have the ability to identify new products and work streams relevant to clients whilst at all times developing new business.THE CANDIDATE:The successful candidate will be a qualified Barrister or Solicitor Advocate with a a proven track record in advocacy at Inquests. Any exposure to Court of Protection and working with clients in the healthcare sector would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
