You the Import Merchandiser Fashion will be responsible for stock intake, raising POs and assisting on sample administrations.

A leading Fashion Business in Manchester are seeking a Import Merchandiser Fashion to join their Merchandising team. A brand that is growing in the Hussle & bustle of Manchester. The brand is driving by catwalk trends, influencer & celeb style. Designed in house, the brand is distributed globally from Denim to knitwear to everything in between.
The business supply multi product womenswear to Boohoo, New Look to name a few.

Description

• Maintaining critical paths to ensure orders are on time.
• Liaising with factories in the Far & Near East and raising purchase orders.
• Sample registering and photo taking.
• Sending out samples for fits and approvals.
• Raising POs to factories.
• Handle stock tolerance and sample list emails.
• Managing day to day contact with key accounts and respond promptly to communications and taking appropriate actions to ensure all customer needs are met.

Profile

• Import Merchandiser experience in Fashion
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Good communication skills both internal and external.
• Highly organised.
• Good Excel knowledge is a must.
