Implementation & Project Management Lead

Overview
We are seeking a
skilled Project Manager
to join our team, specializing in the successful delivery of client projects, seamless onboarding experiences, and effective implementation of assessment solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of project management expertise, client relationship management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results in dynamic environments.
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
Collaborate with sales, training, and client success teams to understand client requirements and develop onboarding plans.
Identify potential challenges or risks and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
Project Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for client projects, overseeing all aspects of project delivery from initiation to closure.
Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.
Allocate resources effectively, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
Prepare regular status reports and presentations for stakeholders, providing insights into project health, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Solutions Implementation
Facilitate the implementation of new solutions for clients, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to operations.
Work closely with sales, training and client success teams to configure, customize, and deploy solutions according to client specifications and requirements.
Provide training and support to clients to maximize adoption and utilization of new solutions, addressing any questions or concerns.
Collaborate with client success and product management teams to gather feedback from clients and contribute to the enhancement of existing solutions.
Proven experience in project management, with a focus on client-facing roles and solution implementation
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Salary - £35-55k depending on experience
~25 days of annual leave with additional wellbeing day and community volunteering day
