Implementation Analyst (Fixed term Contract)

A leading retailer who recently has gone through a customer centric transformation looking to ensure all decisions are made with the customer in mind. They have access to huge data sets and a variety of data sources and the LOVE to use it! As a Loyalty Analyst your focus will be to build and develop the CRM strategy, specifically you will have to:
Develop and implement the marketing plan through CRM strategy
Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM process through segmentation and segmentation models
Use SQL to query data and work with large data sets to extract insights and new ways to increase the optimisation of current CRM Strategy
Strong SQL to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
Experience using a campaign management tool, Adobe campaign, Salesforce
Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
30,000 – 40,000 annual salary, flexible working and competitive benefits.
