We are looking for an Imaging Manager to come and lead a team of highly skilled Imaging staff, within their Private Hospital, which is the flagship site for the provider. You will be working alongside some of the sector-leading consultants who specialise in a variety of areas including Cardiac, Neuro, Orthopaedic, ICU and Paediatrics.����

This state-of-the-art hospital offers a full range of day surgeries including Orthopaedics, ENT, Gynae, Plastics, Urology and Endoscopy, as well as having a dedicated Imaging and Outpatients Department. Within the Imaging department, you will have access to some of the industry's leading machinery within MRI, CT, Mammography and X-ray.��������

Who are we looking for?������

�������

You will be an HCPC registered Radiographer and will have completed your BSc in General Radiography. To be successful in your application - you will have leadership capabilities, ideally, your background will be in either MRI or CT. However, if your experience is within General, Mammography or Cardiac Cath lab and you can showcase your ability to lead a team, you will still be considered.��������

The role is split between operation and clinical responsibilities, so being able to demonstrate your ability to be the point of contact to deal with any clinical queries within the team will support your application. You will be supporting the Matron and Hospital Director on the delivery of business objectives which will include completing Risk Assessments, CQC compliance, and Audits and will work closely with the other heads of departments across the hospital on the delivery of an exemplary patient experience.����

The role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. You may choose to work over 4 or 5 days, to suit your work-life balance, ideally, you can work flexibly to support the needs of the service.��������

Requirements������



HCPC Registered

BSc in General Radiography

Leadership experience

Background in either MRI, CT, General, Mammography or Cardiac Cath Lab

The ability to lead and motivate a team of highly skilled Radiographers
