Role Overview:
As a PPC Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing successful PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and maximise ROI in the gaming sector and beyond.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of PPC advertising, including campaign strategy, keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless integration with overall marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute PPC campaigns:
Conduct keyword research to identify high-value, relevant keywords for targeting.
Create compelling ad copy and assist with landing page optimisation to maximise conversions.
Set up and optimise PPC campaigns across various platforms (primarily Google Ads)
Define campaign goals, budgets, and bidding strategies to maximise ROI.
Monitor and adjust campaign settings, ad targeting, and budgets based on performance data and insights.
Perform ongoing campaign optimisation:
Continuously analyse campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
Monitor keyword performance, adjust bids, and manage negative keywords to improve campaign efficiency.
Identify opportunities for expansion and growth, including new targeting option or ad formats.
Conduct competitive analysis:
Monitor and analyse competitor PPC campaigns to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and new PPC features and techniques.
Implement strategies to stay ahead of competitors and drive innovation in PPC campaigns.
Collaborate and report:
Work closely with the commercial team to maximise performance.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights to stakeholders.
Present findings, recommendations, and campaign results to the team and management.
Qualifications/Skills:
Proven experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience required in managing PPC campaigns within the iGaming sector.
Demonstrated success in optimising campaigns to achieve KPIs, such as conversions, ROI, or click-through rates.
Proficiency in using PPC platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, or social media advertising platforms.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or equivalent
Strong analytical skills:
Ability to analyse campaign data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong attention to detail and numbers focused
Creative and strategic mindset:
Ability to develop innovative campaign strategies and think outside the box.
Excellent communication and collaboration:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey campaign performance, recommendations, and results.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
