Job Description
I’m currently working closely with a client that is looking for an experienced IFS Technical System Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to implement a software update and deal with the customisations, data migrations and integrations.
As an IFS Technical System Analyst, you will ensure that all updates, customisations, integrations, and migrations are completed to the highest quality, you will also be providing ongoing support for the business. The role is hybrid, and you are required to work on-site two to three times a week.
IFS Technical Specialist responsibilities will include:
Oversee the upgrade of IFS Apps 9 to Apps 10 Aurena.
Ensure the data migration is done correctly and all information is accurate.
Customising the software to meet the Client’s requirements.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver on all requests and requirements.
Supporting other team members to resolve issues and training junior staff
Resolving service desk issues by liaising with end-users to ensure that requests are closed in a timely fashion in line with the IT SLA.
Provide technical and functional support on standard applications and software and support for all products/ equipment on the current approved list.

Experience in IFS ERP system implementation, development
IFS Lobby development
Technical Troubleshooting
Ability to obtain and maintain SC/DV level security clearance
