Job Description As IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for:Preparing portfolio valuations, producing illustrations and processing of new businessArranging meetings with clients for the advisersHandling client's requests and queriesPreparing suitability reports for the approval of the Financial Adviser in line with the company policySending reports and investment information to clientsAccurately submitting data on the system for clientsEnsuring work is completed in specified timelines. The Successful Applicant The successful applicant for this role must have the following skills and experience:Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firmExperience of report writing, valuations and appraisals would be idealStrong administration skill setGreat communication skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft applicationsUp to date with current FCA Legislation would be ideal What's on Offer As IFA Administrator, you will get:£25,000-28,000 salary25 days holidayBonusStudy support for professional developmentPension contributionHybrid workingHealthcareGreat environment to learn and develop
