This involves maintaining accurate data in the back office system, facilitating efficient management of client pipelines and portfolios, and ensuring seamless operations within the advisory process.Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in IFA administration and possess strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong computing skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks and managing workload.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen focus on building and maintaining relationships.Establish and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and assistance.Efficiently manage the diary system to optimize scheduling for advisers and clients.Prepare various correspondence and documentation with precision and timeliness.Address client inquiries promptly and professionally through telephone and email communications.Process new business applications accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.Ensure files are meticulously organized and prepared for compliance review.Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning as necessary.Generate client reports as required, demonstrating a clear understanding of client needs and objectives.Adhere to internal processes and procedures to uphold operational efficiency and compliance standards.Maintain a thorough understanding of FCA regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to legislative standards and treating customers fairly principles.
