For onboarding new applications to Sailpoint using an appropriate method; Performing technical checks on the information/documents received from Application Teams and advise Project Analyst on any needed integration.
close with IAM Platform SME and Project Analysts to ensure all requirements are covered, verified, documented, properly tested and implemented into the Production environment.
robust Change Request documentation to support onboarding activities into the Production environment.
development and testing in Dev Environment of feeds and connectors.
configuration and deployment in Production Environment of feeds and connectors.
issues for applications previously onboarded to Sailpoint IDN.
ad-hoc reviews of process and project technical documentation identifying areas for improvement.
update status and track progress in the Project specific tools/reports.
to-be processes and technical procedures.
and maintaining a collaborative relationship with relevant Cyber and non-Cyber stakeholders.
participates in the daily Scrum meeting, helping identify improvements or issues and gaps that need help or escalation.
