Position: IT Technician We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Technician to join our team and support the technological infrastructure of our school. As the IT Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical assistance to staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, including computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Managing user accounts, access permissions, and security settings.
• Conducting routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of IT systems.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff and students.
• Collaborating with IT colleagues and school leadership to implement new technologies and initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate records of IT inventory, repairs, and service requests.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in IT support or a related field.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols, security measures, and data backup procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
