CML is the only company in the world to master and control these materials with such exceptional accuracy.The work environment at CML is stimulating and exciting, as we are involved throughout the entire product development process from inception through to mass production, which provides a real sense of achievement for our employees.About YouWe are looking for someone who is passionate about cutting-edge technology and is looking to thrive in a collaborative environment.You will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of integrated circuit (IC) design within a project.You will have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to proactively assist colleagues and spot areas for improvement.Oversee the entire IC design process, from concept to completionMonitor project timelines, ensuring designs are produced on scheduleAddress any design-related challenges or issues promptlyManage and lead a team of designers, ensuring they work collaboratively and efficientlyFoster a positive work environment, encouraging creativity and innovationDesign CoordinationCoordinate the creation of new IC designs, digital IP and manage the chip verification and sign off activities needed for tapeoutCollaborate with IC designers, verification engineers, physical design engineers, and suppliers to create cohesive and well-coordinated designsEnsure that designs meet project specifications and quality standardsDocumentation and CommunicationCreate and maintain comprehensive design documentation, requirements specifications, and test plansCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and managementPossess in-depth knowledge of analog and digital IC design principlesUnderstand all aspects of digital IC design and verification, and be familiar with development flows, processes, tools and equipment required for pre and post-tapeout verification.Simulation and verification of IC designs for functionality, performance, and complianceStrong IC design and verification skills and relevant knowledgeFamiliarity with embedded engineering, firmware, software and technologyAnalytical thinking and attention to detailLeadership and motivational abilitiesProficiency in using computer software and relevant toolsQualificationsAn undergraduate degree or higher in engineering, physics or a similar subjectCML OffersWe have roles that you can help define and mould to your skills and ambitions within a multi-disciplinary team.
