Role: IAM Processes, Risks and Controls Manager
Salary: £75,000 + Bonus
Location: London, Hybrid - Office attendance 2 days per week
This role involves managing the processes, risks, and controls related to Sailpoint IIQ, at a thriving financial services organisation. Your primary responsibility is to work closely with auditors, identify risks and issues, create and lead working groups to design remediation processes (both tactical and strategic), test the processes, implement necessary controls, document everything, and provide training to the operations team.
Responsibilities:
Working with auditors to understand issues/requirements
Creating and steering working groups for issue resolution
Identifying risks and designing remediation processes (tactical and strategic)
Testing new processes in a test environment
Creating necessary controls and implementing in production
Documenting processes and providing training
Handing over to operations team for BAU
Working with in-house SailPoint developers on process design
Providing IAM manager responsibilities training
Requirements:
Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Extensive hands-on SailPoint experience
Consultancy background or multiple IAM projects for international clients
Expertise in identifying risks, designing remediation processes/controls
Ability to lead working groups and implement processes in production
Knowledge of SailPoint components: custom workflows, connectors, SASS onboarding
Experience in application integration, change/release management
Understanding of IAM governance, security policies, certification campaigns
Skills in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation
Technical skills: Java, Beanshell, SQL, scripting
Strong communication skills to converse with auditors, stakeholders
Team management abilities: training, representing IAM team
Understanding of disaster recovery procedures
