I&C Manager

Mane Infrastructure are on the look for a I&C Manager to work as part of a team for our client who are leading M&E Engineering contractors who are carrying out major electrical installations and fit out within a new build energy from waste plant based in West Bromwich
Responsibilities:

• Manage the Instrumentation and Control team.
• Manage the I&C package scope.
• Liaise with the Manager regarding workload and resource planning for the I&C package.
• Deliver and oversee Electrical, Control & Instrumentation Engineering activities for the project.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the I&C team as needed.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.
• Maintain documentation and records related to the I&C package.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on all project activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing I&C packages within the Electrical Construction industry.
• Previously have worked on industrial projects.
• Strong electrical engineering background with a focus on I&C systems
• Strong knowledge of Instrumentation and Control engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in producing and reviewing technical documents and reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
