We are currently recruiting for a Hygiene Team Leader for one of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team.
Main Duties:
Carry out Team Briefing at the start of each shift, ensuring KPIs are discussed and issues resolved.
Responsible for the line being ready to commence manufacturing at the start of the shift and run in accordance with standard run rates, including pre-startup checks and reporting any labor issues immediately to the Shift Manager.
Work constructively with all departments including Food Safety & Quality, Engineering, NPD, HR & H&S.
Maintain Health, Safety, Hygiene, and food quality standards in accordance with Company rules and regulations.
