About Our Client:

I am recruiting for a leading Food Manufacturer based in Derbyshire, committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety. As part of their continuous improvement efforts, they are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Hygiene Supervisor to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate thorough cleaning and sanitation procedures during the night shift, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.

Report directly to the Hygiene Manager for guidance and support.

Take ownership of hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with COSHH regulations and familiarity with chemical handling, preferably with experience in HolChem products.

Demonstrate accountability in adhering to HR policies, Health & Safety regulations, and exhibit leadership qualities essential for team management.

Actively participate in team development initiatives and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or hygiene-focused environment is essential.

Strong understanding of COSHH regulations and chemical handling, with a preference for familiarity with HolChem products.

Demonstrated accountability and ability to lead a team effectively in the absence of direct supervision.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Flexibility to work night shifts on a consistent basis.
