Hygiene Supervisor

My client, due to growth is seeking a Hygiene supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Hygiene Supervisor

• Supervise the hygiene team within the food production area


• Drive continuous improvements of hygiene and cleaning standards


• Supervise and co-ordinate routine and reactive equipment and environment cleans


• Ensure hygiene standards and cleaning operations meet company food safety and health & safety standards


• Staff KPIS


• Communicate effectively with production departments to ensure best practices


• Support the engineering teams and the production manager


• Plan and complete machine cleans according to production plan

Requirements:

• Experience supervising a hygiene team within a high care food production facility


• Food Safety and HACCP

Role:

• Night shift Sunday - Thursday
