Hybrid Product Designer/ Manager

An exciting opportunity for a Product Designer/Manager to join a company that is currently undergoing digital transformation. The business is one of the largest B2B event businesses globally and intends to create a digital product that facilitates networking for people in the business communities they serve. This product will connect them with others in the industry, allow them to attend online conferences, inspire engagement, and more.
You will work alongside the Strategy & Transformation Director and Product Owner to bring the product to life. You'll be responsible for providing expert input into product design, including research. UX and UI best practices, writing product requirements, and developing and managing the product roadmap to ensure a successful launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the product design and development process, including ideation, conceptualisation, prototyping, testing, and launch.
Work with users and senior stakeholders to define requirements and outcomes, acting as the voice of the users.
Develop, own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring that it’s aligned with the company's strategic goals and meets the needs of the users.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement post-launch.
Establish KPIs & OKRs to measure product success.
Effectively communicate the product vision, progress, and roadmap to cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders.
What you’ll need:
Strong experience in end-to-end Digital Product Design and Product Management. Experience with a subscription product is an advantage but not essential.
A well-rounded project management skillset. Experience in product discovery, product delivery, and software development lifecycle.
Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external build partners to meet mutual goals.
Self-starter who works dynamically and flexibly in a fast-paced environment, where goalposts may change.
Able to communicate with technical and non-technical people
Comfortable working in a non-digital first environment where you will be the first UCD hire.
The successful candidate will work in an entrepreneurial role in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will work closely with senior leadership and have the chance to create something transformative for the business.
Please note that this position is a hybrid role that requires being in the London office once or twice a week. Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this role.
