Overview:A well-known independently owned estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy HNW office in the New Malden office.Main Duties:An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join one of the largest independently owned estate agencies in the south of England.The busy New Malden branch requires a proactive individual to work alongside the team of introducers to contact existing clients to review their existing mortgage and protection policies as well as receiving fresh leads on a day-to-day basis.Covering the busy New Malden branch, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will alongside a sale focused team of negotiators and provides regulated advice on both mortgages and the associated protection products. As well as receiving fresh leads from the team on a regular basis, you will also have access to the company’s database of existing clients.
