Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join my clients team in a hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager role which will focused on an exciting GenAI projects. In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of GenAI initiatives from inception to implementation.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of GenAI projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and effectively manage project resources to meet deliverables on time and within budget.Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements for a GenAI project, translating user needs into actionable project plans and deliverables.Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, leveraging GenAI solutions.Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders involved in GenAI projects, including internal teams, clients, and external partners.Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, priorities, and timelines.Utilise data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights from data, informing decision-making and driving continuous improvement of GenAI solutions.Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans and strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of GenAI products and solutions.Conduct thorough testing and validation of GenAI algorithms, workflows, and applications, documenting findings and coordinating resolution of any issues identified.Candidate required experience:Proven experience in project management and business analysis, with a focus on technology-driven initiatives. At least 4 years of commercial experience.Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), as well as business analysis techniques (e.g., process modelling, requirements elicitation).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
