Hybrid Business Analyst/ Project Manager - Middle OfficeMy client within the investment management industry is looking for an experienced BA/PM with an strong understanding of middle office investment products and processes.This is a hands-on role within a lean team will support the delivery of a large scale middle office outsourcing programme.Requirements for the successful candidate:Extensive project management experience and some BA experienceDerivatives, OTC, Collateral, Trade Capture, Performance & Attribution - In depth knowledge and experienceInvestment backgroundAble to effectively engage with stakeholdersExcellent communication skills - Both written and verbalResponsibilities:Supporting in the development, maintenance and management of project plans and associated artefacts that support delivery of project objectivesWork closely with business sponsor and SMEs, driving target operating model outcomes and ensuring business needs will be met in the end state model developed with the vendor.Drive process improvementPartner with incumbent and future vendors to ensure smooth transitionEnsure all aspects of migration are planned for and deliveredFormulate, organise and monitor inter-connected projects and coordinate cross project activitiesDevelop and control deadlines, budgets and activitiesApply change, risk and resource managementIf interested, please send me across your most recent CV and I'll be in touch if suitable.Please click here to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
