HVAC Project Manager

Job Role
We are currently working with one of London's leading fit out contractors who are looking for an AC Manager to join a fantastic business partner of ours who are growing rapidly with a full order book in place for 2024.
Company Overview
The company that we are dealing with are a very established business who are a leading Fit out contractor with a brilliant reputation within the construction industry and have a great progressive structure in place.
The business in question have plenty of social events and are planning for their permanent staff to go on an all expenses paid for trip at the end of this year.
The company also have a group turnover of around £100,000,000 and over 300 staff at the moment with brand new refurbished offices in place.
Duties
Overseeing the installation of AC systems
In charge of direct labour & sub contractors (AC Engineers)
Reporting into a Mechanical Project Manager
Working on multiple projects at once
Responsible for technical paperwork such as RAMS, Risk Assessments, etc.
Point of call with QA works or installation questions with the client
Weekly progress reports
Requirements
SMSTS/ SSSTS/ECS Black card is necessary
Working for a M&E or AC sub-contractor is preferred
Has experience within commercial projects
Can oversee AC packages with values of up to £2,000,000
Stable CV
Must live within a good commute from central London
Preferably has experience from the tools as an AC Engineer
