Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now need for a HVAC Engineer�to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.



We are looking for a�HVAC Engineer�who wants to work in a diverse role�where no two days are the same.



As the HVAC Engineer,�you will�provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services, across a site in Corsham.�



The�HVAC Engineer,�you will be responsible for:




  • Maintaining new and existing air conditioning, USP, generators as well as general building services.

  • Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive Maintenance on these appliances

  • Being the site lead on the air conditioning, as well carrying out diagnostic checks and fault finding.

  • Effectively prioritising your own workload.

  • Undertake general maintenance tasks to assist the general maintenance team.

  • Participate in an out of hours call out rota

  • Completing�all work-related documentation accurately and on time.�



To be successful for this�HVAC Engineer�role you must have:




  • Background within Facilities Managment

  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration.

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, procedures, have a pro-active and positive approach to work

  • Physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description. �
