Vision for Education are seeking a Humanities Teacher to work in one of our client secondary schools in Newquay from September onward.

This particular school in central Newquay are seeking somebody with experience covering several subjects across Humanties, but are ideally seeking somebody that has covered History and RE previously to can help support their cover needs for September. This role will involve teaching History and RE in Year 8 and 9, and is an ideal position for somebody that would like to work in a positive and rewarding environment and enjoys applying themselves in different subject areas.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Huamnities Teacher you will:


  • Have a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) certificate with experience in Secondary Education
  • Hold a Degree in a Humanities based subject
  • Have the ability to be adaptable and apply yourself professionally and enthusiastically in multiple subjects if required
  • Have strong passion for working with young people
