The Role - Humanities Teacher (Geography, History & Religious Studies)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Humanities Teacher, who is passionate about delivering nothing but outstanding lessons to students encouraging them to achieve their highest potential in this year's GCSE examinations. As a Humanities Teacher you will need to have a fun and exciting approach to teaching, have excellent behaviour management skills and be able to plan and deliver outstanding lessons meeting the requirements of the UK National Curriculum. You will be working within a well-resourced supportive Humanities department, where lots of career progression in available.

This fantastic secondary school is a well-established, diverse school catering to 1477 students between the ages of 11 - 19. The school was recently graded as 'Outstanding' in all areas in their last inspection in November 2023 and is a popular choice within the borough. This school is well funded, provides excellent resources and facilities to accommodate the students within the Humanities department, they also organise yearly trips away making learning more enjoyable last year the school took their year 10 GCSE group to Pompeii which was a huge success. The school have excellent transport links nearby and is easily accessed from all areas of London.
